Supply chain management is increasingly recognized as critical success factor for short term aid deliveries as well as long term development programs.

HELP's preparedness and capacity building programs aim to build organization's competency and knowledge to tap into the enormous potential that supply chains offer to organizations and the entire sector to ultimately do more with less.

Through various workshops, professional trainings, simulation, research groups and private-public partnerships; organizations and employees need to be challenged to think strategically and out of the box across sectors and in different operational contexts.

Through this focus group session, HELP Logistics plans to bring experts with commercial and humanitarian experience, as well as academia to discuss importance of capacity building and highlight areas of potential collaboration.
